Particle size
The product's small particle size, achieved through a precisely controlled hydrolysis process, produces a brighter tint, a blue undertone, and superior hiding power.
Surface Treatment
The product has undergone a surface treatment process. Combining a high-quality aluminium-based inorganic coating and a special organic surface treatment optimises A101 for excellent optical properties and overall performance.
Particle size distribution
The finely distributed particles, resulting from our advanced hydrolysis and calcination processes, provide A101 with exceptional gloss, dispersion, and excellent tinting strength and opacity.
Applicable scope
Potential applications include A101, which is suitable for many applications, including masterbatches, profiles, sheets, and pipes made from polyolefin, PVC, ABS, and PS. Furthermore, it is an excellent choice for use in leather colour pastes.
Application
Blue undertone tint
The fine particles and uniform distribution produce a distinctive blue hue and impressive whiteness.
High weather resistance
Unique surface treatments enhance its dispersibility and weather resistance in application systems.
High temperature resistance
This product exhibits high resistance to yellowing during high-temperature processing.
Lower oil absorption
The product exhibits low oil absorption and is excellently compatible with plastic resins, ensuring superior melt fluidity.
